Services for children 7-16/ Transition year

We provide group support for children and young people following a bereavement or parental separation or divorce.

Each group of a similar age and loss experience meet for ten consecutive weeks for an hour with two trained Facilitators .

It is a listening support service not counselling or therapy and works to support children and young people to understand and make sense of what has happened and support them to adapt and adjust to significant change and loss.
