Every relationship can have ups and downs or go through times of difficulty, but if you find there are more negatives than positives in your relationship with someone, then it might be time to think about whether or not the relationship is good for you.
Being able to tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships helps you to evaluate your relationships with other people.

Peer pressure is feeling like you have to go along with something because your friends are doing it.
Many young people can experience peer pressure. You may feel pressurised by your friends, by your family, by activity on social media or by others who are close to your age.
Some people that have been in care feel that they don’t have good role models to look up to. This means that they look to others to act as role models.
Sometimes these other people aren’t exactly the best role models.
What is most important to remember is, it is never your fault.
