Services for people aged 14 to 25
The Clare Drug and Alcohol Serviceworks with:
• People resident in Clare
• With young people aged 14 – 25 in relation to alcohol or drug use (under 18s with parental/guardian consent)
• Service works with adults aged 25+ where primary substance is drugs
• Service works with concerned persons
- One to one support
- Phone support
- Online support
• Access to Services is via weekly drop-in screenings in each of the 3 main centres (or an outreach basis).Service users do not need a referral or an appointment; when they present they are screened by an outreach worker or counsellor; with the screening reviewed by the team as to the next step – referral to outreach, counselling or other service
• Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all initial contact should be made via telephone: 065 - 065 6865852; with the drop-in screenings currently being offered via phone contact
Yes, you do need parental consent before accessing our service.
There is no cost to our service.
